To make it a little easier to track down issues.

* Replace function head with a full function.

The function head was there to handle the default values, but dialyzer
on Elixir 1.4.5 complains that &amp;quot;Function make_request/4 will never be
called&amp;quot;. Dialyzer on later versions of Elixir seem to be fine with it.

* adding delegate execute_script_async to driver
