<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/ca16fea7c">TestUtils: Update regexps used in normalizing test output

* Make the PHP regexps identical to the JS ones to ensure immaterial
  attributes are stripped from embedded HTML strings (like data-mw)
  as well.

  12 more tests pass.

* Tweak regexps in a couple more places in both JS &amp; PHP code.
