Merge pull request #120 from stanford-oval/wip/database

This PR allows developers to mark a query function as "require_thingtalk", in which case, we will push down as much ThingTalk as possible to the function, and let the developers deal with the raw code, optimize their queries. This is one major component for handling database/knowledge base queries.
