So I made these enhancements for the `OperatorsSpacesFixer`:

* added unary operator checks (`++`, `--`, `+`, `-`, `!`, `&`, `~`, `@`, `...`)
* added missing binary operators (`+`, `-`, `*`, `/`, `%`, `<`, `>`, `&`, `|`, `^`, `**`, `**=`, `<=>`, `??`)
