Various improvements

- Tooltips now show the YouTrack assignee plus the planned (scheduled)
  contributors
- Show visual clues for Gantt bars representing parent issues
- The issue list view on the left can now be resized
- Dependencies on a parent issue A are now scheduled as if there were
  implicit dependencies on all its (transitive) sub-issues. (This is an
  improvement in fschopp/project-planning-for-you-track.)
- If parent issues have multiple activities, they are now shown as a
  special subtask called “(own activities)”. Previously, one could not
  see the issue’s own activities in that case.
