* Added `galleryOptions` query method to SiteConfig.
* Minor tweaks to JS implementation just to keep implementations in sync
  (and avoid an unnecessarily expensive `.innerHTML` call)
* Minor bugfix to Util.parseMediaDimensions to make it return null
  when given an empty string
* Add accessor methods `getFrame` and `getExtTagOffsets` to
  `ParsoidExtensionAPI`.
* Added `modifyArgDict` capability to `ExtensionTag` element.
* Added a new `ParsedLine` tuple type for code/type clarity.
* Suppress &quot;missing property&quot; warnings in ContentUtils::shiftDSR
* Workaround a spurious phan warning in DOMDataUtils::storeDataAttribs
  by using an explicit assignment instead of a default parameter value.
* Fix the type of TokenUtils::kvToHash when $convertValuesToString=true
* Make Sanitizer::attributeWhitelist public, since it is used by
  the Gallery implementation.  This will probably have to be reverted
  eventually, since this method is deprecated in core.
* Fix DOMPostProcessorTest to account for the new gallery styles.
