Adding an additional include path to find `graphviz/cgraph.h`. For example, running 

```
pkg-config --cflags-only-I libcgraph
```

with MacPorts returns

```
-I/opt/local/include/graphviz
```

(and similarly for Homebrew, except for `usr` instead of `opt`)
