Minor API change in ExtendedProjectPlan

Changed property ExtendedProjectPlan.idToExternalContributorName to
idToContributorIdx in order to make it more convenient to map from
Contributor.id (which appears in IssueActivity objects) back to the
contributor in ExtendedProjectPlan.settings.

Also, export the Contributor model.
