[IMP] product_uoms_purchase: This fix an erro when the Schedulers (#230)

When you run the Schedulers the uom as select for the products are the purchase uom, an the onchange to change it for the view was no call.
Because of this is an directly creation for the line.
In this change modify this mehtod to establish the correctly uom according then has selected in the UOMS of the product
