[TASK] Create clean starting point

This change:

* Converts the namespace and class locations to PSR-4
* Implements a standardised CLI testing approach
* Removes traces of German in code and documentation
* Reworded nonsense documentation (removed quaint but useless EBNF)
* Removes meta-information only used by Flow
* Removes XSD generation capability
* Decouples Fluid from Flow
* Removes from Fluid any features strongly tied to Flow, including:
  - Many ViewHelpers which are specific to Flow
  - Every Form-, Security and Validation-related ViewHelper
  - Both Widgets which require controllers
