fix: move code to @standard-log/core (#16)

There is a bad circular dependency between `standard-log` and `standard-log-color`.

It is caused by `standard-log` tries to load `standard-log-color` by default when it initialize its state.

Using `global-store` to share state between `standard-log` and `@standard-log/core`.
An interesting use case.

Need to examine closely to make sure things are good.
