Negative zero is now parsed and stringified as distinct from positive zero. Leading zero (without the letter 'o' following) can alternatively be used to express octal numbers. Reduced the amount of platform-specific code outside of the purview of code coverage. `bigIntEqualityTest` and `bigDoubleEqualityTest` are no longer part of the public API.
