Task,  #34 Refactor Utility Class

* Add new `Coverage` Domain
This is for refactoring. This class is introduced
to decouple `Coverage` entity from `Badge`. This will
enable us decoupling few of the stuffs in the future
* Refactor: Move csv parsing logic to it a separate class
* Add tests for CSVReportParser
* Refactor: move `Badge` to domain
* Refactor: Move formatter generation logic to its factory
* Add tests for `Coverage`
* Abstract out report representation through `Report`
* Add factory for `ReportParser`
* Add helper to calculate coverage based on type
* Refactor: Move `BadgeColors.java` under domain
* Refactor: Remove redundant methods from `BadgeUtility`
* update maven version in `pom.xml` to `3.6.1`
* add `dev` profile, which will only run testcase
* Simplify code flow for generating badge
* Integrate `vavr` to have more functional and pure coding style
* Integrate `autovalue` to reduce boiler plate
* replace java util collection with vavr immutable collection
* refactor: rename generator to service
