Refactored Promise::iterate() and retry() to avoid unintentional infinite loops.

Refactored Promise::iterate() and Promise::retry() to continue iteration or retrying only if the continuation callback returns true instead of false. This will help avoid an infinite loop if the continuation callback does not return a value.
