Get tests working. (#19)

* Get tests working.

After refactoring some code a variable became undefined.  column.name has the name value that prop.key had before.
Looks like the class for mysql YEAR has changed, so adapting to that.

Fixes #18

* Test with more recent versions of dependencies.

* Test with more recent versions of python.

* Use dist: xenial for Python 3.7 and up.  See https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/python/

* Python 3.3 is too old for xenial.
