Using cxxtest from sources, always

This should speed up our MacOS builds but *quite* a lot. Our current
bottleneck in MacOS builds in Travis is the installation of cxxtest
through brew, which requires a big number of dependencies to be
installed due to the single dependency on python. By removing cxxtest
from brew installations we should significantly speed up MacOS builds,
which currently take about 10+ minutes.
