Update tests to use new datasets module (PR #907)

This PR fixes #682, updating the test suite to leverage the new yellowbrick.datasets module, and to resolve some residual issues around old testing fixtures. It renames TestDataset to Dataset, removes tests.dataset and DatasetMixin, use the new datasets module in tests and update baseline images, and resyncs the rankd images that broke with matplotlib 3.1.1.
