bug #1025 Fixer - ignore symlinks (kix)

This PR was submitted for the master branch but it was merged into the 1.5 branch instead (closes #1025).

Fixer - ignore symlinks

Previously, having symlinks ending in `.php` (a common case is Doctrine's `bin/doctrine.php`) in the path passed to `fix` command lead to `file_get_contents()` and `file_put_contents()` errors being output.
