kernel: use NewKernelBuffer in CompileFunc

Specifically, change CompInfoGVar and CompInfoRNam to use it, instead of
allocating a T_STRING. This is safe, as any access to them uses the value of a
GVar resp. an RNam, which are always positive integers, to index into the
body. This way, slot 0, which stores the type object, is never modified.
