Rename SourceOffset to SourceRange

We have `setSourceOffset` fields and `sourceOffset` properties, but the
attributes are called `tag source range` and `dom source range`.  Since
there are start and end locations, "range" seems more appropriate.
Maybe at some point we'll rename the `setSourceOffset` methods to
`setSourceRange` as well.
