More fixes to WikiLinkHandler + one fix to SanitizerHandler

* Now wikitext from enwiki:Berlin parses without crashing (if wikitext
  causing T226451 is excluded from source)
* Output seems mostly correct. Media and link output needs a closer
  look.
* SanitizerHandler needs to use tokensToString to convert an array
  to string (unlike JS, where JSON.stringify seems to stringify arrays
  just file).
