Refactors Tests and building attributes in BlockTextStyler
-Renames some tests
-Renames instance variables of InlineTextStylerTests and BlockTextStylerTests
-Moves `privateStyle:`-call out of `assertRuns: runs values: values areStyleOf: aText`
-`BlockTextStyler` doesn't use `buildTextFrom:` but instead has `buildAttributeRunsFrom:` since it is interested in the runs and not the text itself
