Commit Message

Reorganize the REST API node translator hierarchy to match that of ORM (#2812)

Move the `Node`, `Data` and `Calculation` inside the nodes module, and
move the `Code` endpoint under the `Data` sub module. For the moment a
`RestFeatureNotAvailable` is raised for codes visualization and download
endpoints.

Also remove the hard coded type string from the query help.
