Optional OpenCL kernel header generation/inclusion

Until now we have been always generating the header files with the
OpenCL kernel source code, even when compiling without OpenCL support.
In reality though we should only generate them when required, and at the
same time include them when required.

This behavior became evident when integrating the latest libprofit
version into ProFit, where we generated the OpenCL kernel headers *only*
when compiling with OpenCL support, which made the build fail due to the
blind inclusion of these headers on the opencl.cpp module.
