Add parameter coverage test into E2E test (#351)

* Add parameter coverage test into E2E test

1. Try different encoder setting, run the conformance test and
   verify the setting by analyzing the bitstream.
2. Walk-around for crashes when rate_control_mode set to 1.

* Refine the e2e test

1. run the e2e test in child process, so the crash of encoder will not
   break the whole tests
2. make the e2e test configurable, test cases can be extended by
   modifying or adding the encoder settings;
3. break out the encoding if error is encountered during tests.
4. add encoder setting name into test name, so special test cases
   can be filtered through the name, and update gtest to 1.8.1
