Updating documentation 'working with aiida'

Modification of the documentation to the new AiiDA 1.0 specification
Addressing issues #3021 and #3022

Issues:
- from aiida.backends.djsite.db import models is actually not loaded with the shell
- some other data types from aiida.orm, like Int, and more like DataFactory, are loaded; not sure
  if I should list them all
- I assume `verdi group list -t autogroup.run` is now `verdi group list -t auto.run`
- Removed daemon as a system service, as it does not look like its place there. Moved to a file,
  to be moved again

For the datatype, I'm not sure whether to introduce the concept of entrypoints
(was not there, and can nicely give the verdi command to find them).
