update example for latest version of Plugin::Oauth

that being v1.51. also tweak perldoc to explain that this is an
implementation of the "Authorization Code Grant" flow and that
other flows are not (yet) implemented. include EXAMPLES section
in perldoc, which points to the examples/ dir

bump Changes and VERSION for release to CPAN
