make: smoother CI user experience

* Makes ``ci`` user experience smoother and faster by (i) introducing a new
  ``prefetch`` target to pull interesting images; (ii) polling for cluster setup
  and teardown status instead of using fixed sleeping period; (iii) polling for
  running demo example termination status instead of using fixed sleeping
  period.

* Prints ISO 8601 timestamps when running commands. Prints demo example status
  and file listing outputs for more information.

* Amends unused Docker image removal procedure to work also on BSD-based systems
  that do not use GNU extensions for ``xargs`` utility.

* Enriches documentation e.g. for DEMO variable explaining how to run one or
  several REANA demo examples.
