docs: Fix sphinx-linkcheck failure on GitHub anchor (#53)

Anchors on rendered Markdown documents on GitHub are namespaced with the `user-content-` prefix. The original linked was only working due to JS code on the GitHub page, which obviously isn't executed by the Sphinx link checker. The link checker fetches the page and searches for existing anchors.
