Update pyleveldb's recipe to work with snappy and leveldb and update version

Because we recently refactored those recipes to inherit from StlRecipe and updated the version of both recipes

Also:
  - shorten long lines, to be pep8's friendly
  - remove unneeded variable `call_hostpython_via_targetpython` because we already have it set in base class
