Various little improvements

- Added a "zoom" control to the demo (even though it doesn't do much, it
  would be useful for a real application).
- Removed surplus-mixin-data because it is not type-safe. This led to
  the problem that some contributor properties (number of members,
  number of hours per week) were stored as string even though these
  properties are declared as number.
- src/css/index.js was missing any exports.
- Bump version to 0.2.0
