Refactors MarkdownInlineParser and MarkdownBlockParser into text stylers

- Both classes now are subclasses of `MarkdownTextStyler` which calls `parse:` on them.
- `MarkdownBlockParser` is the new text styler for the `MarkdownEditor` window.
- Adds test for being able to reuse the same styler object over and over again.
- `MarkdownInlineParser`'s instance variable `text` has been renamed to `textToParse` because `SHTextStyler` already has this attribute and we don't know the side-effects of using it.
