add support for custom timestamp text format

For example use --timestamp-format 'some format'

vcsi will replace some values within the format.

Replaced values include (without quotes):

"{TIME}", the time at which the frame was captured, with format [hours:]minutes:seconds.centiseconds
"{DURATION}", the total duration of the video, with format same as {TIME}
"{THUMBNAIL_NUMBER}", the capture number, starting at 1
"{H}", timestamp hours
"{M}", timestamp minutes
"{S}", timestamp seconds
"{c}", timestamp centiseconds
"{m}", timestamp milliseconds
"{dH}", duration hours
"{dM}", duration minutes
"{dS}", duration seconds
"{dc}", duration centiseconds
"{dm}", duration milliseconds
