Commit Message

Store and allow downloading of email attachements.

When someone replies to a message, store attachments on the
email they send and allow them to be downloaded from the
answer display page.

This commit uses part of the code from [Froide](https://github.com/stefanw/froide) to parse attachments.

Fixes #557
