* Added pathname argument to commits().

* More fixes after adding pathname argument to commits().

* Added code from log.c to filter commits by pathspec.

* The new commits() now sort of works with the pathname argument, but there are some issues to iron out still.

* Reverted back to commit 6ec3e37, which is prior to my initial attempt at improving commits().
