Merge pull request #181 from toonarmycaptain/development

Object orient select_student, new test coverage, type hints. 

Change select_student to take Class object.
Have select_student return a Student object.
Remove `create_student_list_dict` 

Assorted PEP8, test coverage #175, docstring, and type hinting improvements #120, including multiple specifications of Path rather than string or Union[Path, str]` in move toward #123.
