Bugfix/issue 672 more robust icon fix (#677)

* More robust fix for sort icon positioning

Mus work with resizable columns and both with/without the hint icon. We also have to be careful to avoid the tooltips from opening at the wrong times.

* Add hint tooltips to resizable columns example to demonstrate fix
