cursor plugin: hide the cursor elements before first mouseover if hideOnBlur is set (#1663)

* time element display: none by default

This fixes a visual glitch with the cursor plugin - it shows a small 4x4 square upon load until the first mouseover.

* I noticed that the cursor is opaque by default too.

Make the cursor itself invisible before the mouseover.

* noticed the hideOnBlur parameter

Respecting that instead and calling the official hide function

* fix lint error

* add changelog entry
