 - WebApp and RouteMaker no longer have a schema attribute (Tim Bunce)
 - Now supports ActiveModel style results, using the 'application/json' media

 - Supports invoking methods on set resources (Jess Robinson)
 - Improved handling of complex prefetch parameters (Mike Francis)
 - Added WebAPI::DBIC::Resource::$TYPE docs as a home for each media type.
