Define more methods for similar to fix broadcasting (#193)

Categorical values are never supposed to be stored in Array objects,
so similar(Array{CategoricalValue}, ...) should return a CategoricalArray.
This incidentally fixes broadcast when the function returns a categorical value.

Also fix undef constructors to preserve the reftype when a categorical value element type is specified.
