* Add an autonagger to automatically set Has STR for defects

Only sending an email for now until we collect enough labels.

Fixes #654

* Ignore intermittent failures

* Remove no longer needed stuff

* No need to subtract 0.5 and rescale, just use the prob of the decided class

* Add stepstoreproduce script to daily script
