Commit Message

Add rig-boot sciprt.

This command:

* Checks that the system isn't already booted (and fails with an informative
  message if so)
* Checks the machine isn't a BMP (i.e. if sver returns BMP shows a scarier
  error)
* Boots using either:
  * hostname width height [--hardware-version] [--led-config]
  * --spin* (full set of options automatically introspected from the boot
    module)
* Confirms boot was successful (and prints nothing if it was!)
