OPSK-166 - fix for publications not having content_blob

make use of all_content_blobs in acts_as_asset which already handles checking if
asset responds to content-blob. also avoid duplication of work in utils#asset_blobs.

some minor refactoring in acts_as_asset/content_blobs to use this method also - some cases were spotted that would benefit
from using all_content_blobs and were problably originall written before this method.
