Drawing helper function for stacked bar plots (#870)

Adds a `bar_stack` helper function to `yellowbrick.draw` to quickly and easily draw stacked bar charts using a data representation of the chart rather than manually making iterative calls to `ax.bar`. Includes horizontal and vertical stacked bar charts. 

Fixes #525
