fix(converter): don't allow filling for LINES features

In Feature2Texture, drawing features of type LINE was problematic if the
fill option of the Style was defined (for example in a case where there
is polygons and lines defined in the same FeatureCollection).
Now, if the filling is only allowed if the feature is of type POLYGON.
