Change splash and login layout to new the UX/UI

A few things were made: Created a style entry with new colors for
intro screens; customized sign in button using MaterialButton
component; and changed login's layout constraints to accomodate
new positions.

Loading after a successful Google sign-in was kept on dark bg since
proposal made by designers would require a new activity or a white
frame layout being inflated dynamically, which needs a bit more
discussion and investigation.
