Huge simplification of the API response handling

- throw errors instead of gathering in allErrors
- return HttpResponse instead of Response (no need for the builder)
- use Optionnal.orElseThrow() which is great
- deprecated some obsolete classes
- add ClientErrorExceptionMapper (which works for all 4** errors)
