Bugfix/search text issues (#647)

* Fix issue where searchText did not show searches with page option

When the page option was set to something other than the first page, and the searchText option was used, searches did not show because the searches show only on the first page, and the page option defaulted to a different page. To preserve good UX, we should default back to the initial page when both options are set.

* Allow searchText to propogate through state and update search bar value

- We allow searchText to propagate through state so it can be updated dynamically
- We refactor to use the value prop instead of defaultValue prop for our search bar so that we can allow updates to the searchText to be reflected here

* Increase searchText test coverage

* Add state modification to search cusomtization example

Along with page option, to prove that searches are properly shown while it exists

* Keep state modifications out of ordinary functions
