Validate jupyter notebooks

The pytest plugin nbval is used. Added in the no coverage
environments for now, because using pytest-cov and nbval did not play
nice together. model-from-tabular-data.ipynb is excluded, because
testing via tox hangs at cell 16, `Plotting the Results`. Associated
with #10.
