Infinite scrolls, JS refactor, etc

1. Once the user scrolls all the way up, 20 earlier messages are loaded and presented. Closes #15.
2. The message appending functions have been abstracted out to be standalone functions.
   Due to that, they are now used for both websocket and JS fetch methods for fetching earlier texts.
3. Added a new view and corresponding tests to process the above-mentioned fetch request.
